the rooms offer ample space with beautiful, high-standard decorations. the large bed was comfy and i even want to buy some pillows. the bathroom included a huge roll-top bath alongside a spacious walk-in shower, that's AMAZING!

I noticed that a previous guest had left a small stain on the carpet. it wasn't a big deal, but it did detract slightly from the otherwise super clean appearance of the room. A deeper clean would help.

the staff was really good. check-in and check-out were faultless. the room was gorgeous with a very comfy bed, and the bath and shower were really good. i found many restaurants and bars within a short walk.

i noticed a very slight delay in the response time for room service one evening, but it was quickly resolved.

The room felt quite small. It was not the beautiful size i anticipated! the bathroom lighting was also dim, i found it hard to apply makeup properly. also, the noise from the hallway early in the morning was disruptive. It woke me up earlier than i wanted!

the check-in process proved unexpectedly LONG. a considerable wait occurred before i was given access to my assigned room. it seemed that the hotel staff needed additional support during peak hours. also, my requests for extra towels were not addressed PROMPTLY, requiring multiple follow-ups before they arrived. this impacted my overall satisfaction due to the delay.
