slow check-indelayed towels

the check-in process proved unexpectedly LONG. a considerable wait occurred before i was given access to my assigned room. it seemed that the hotel staff needed additional support during peak hours. also, my requests for extra towels were not addressed PROMPTLY, requiring multiple follow-ups before they arrived. this impacted my overall satisfaction due to the delay.
